Now we are aiming for Lyckå Chamber Music Festival/Blekinge International Festival, Re-Creation! June 28 - July 5 it is time for the 43rd edition.
Re-Creation revolves around creation, re-creation and innovation; in the classics but also further across cross-border domains such as folk music and jazz/improvisational music.

For over 40 years, the Lyckå Chamber Music Festival has been held - surprising, challenging and inspiring.
Wonderful programs have been presented, choir and orchestra performances, different genres creatively and communicatively - with an unfailing zeal and true to their own ideals for a belief that art and culture are a vital part of what makes humans just humans!

The belief in Lyckå Chamber Music Festival is that culture and art are essential for humans.
With that insight, we take the starting point for another festival in 2026.

Lyckå Chamber Music Festival/Blekinge International Festival aims to build a unique, artistic working model and create an open and experimental stage with local and regional roots. A stage with room for both classic and new, different genres, cross-border but above all activities that are characterized by creativity, communication and development.

Lyckå Chamber Music Festival Re-Creation revolves around creation, re-creation and innovation; and among other things, with a starting point in the classics as a source of inspiration but also further across cross-border domains such as improvisational music, new music and other artistic forms.

Alteration and transformation are an inevitable part of life. Suddenly you are thrown into a whole new stage of life - sometimes voluntarily, sometimes involuntarily. Regardless of which, it can feel confusing, dizzying and frightening. Not infrequently you come out the other side a new and better person. But the path to it requires acceptance, patience, purposeful work - and support from outside.

All people are forced to undergo changes and transformations during the course of their lives. In some cases, we choose it ourselves, but the most common thing is that a new stage of life comes towards us whether we want it or not. It can be about decisive changes. Something ends and something else begins. That's how life will always be, and we must learn to deal with that.
